Well, it's September. Fall is just around the corner. The outdoor thermometer here in eastern Virginia is NOT reflecting that...haha.

​Slow cooker white chicken chili. Whether it's still hot where you are and you don't want to run the oven. Or if it's starting to chill off and you want some hearty fall chili, this is the perfect recipe.

Plus it's a freezer meal. Tip: buy double of everything. Make one batch for the slow cooker for tonight. Freeze the other batch for the future.
